Kevin Noble never dissappoints competitors and fans alike as he continues to pack the house with this year's Grand Prix on Saturday, May 22nd in Rockford Illinois.
Dan John DVD
June 5-7th, 2009 a group of folks assembled in the most hard core high school gym I've ever seen with chains hanging off the bench press and squat racks and all types of strength building devices.I had the priveledge of videotaping the event. Dan took the participants through a 2 day Odyssey that mirrored his new book. Dan is an incredibly compelling speaker and Laree Draper, wife of Dave Draper will be compiling over 16 hours of footage shot into a DVD that will be sure to get you off your butt and getting active. No matter what your age, no matter what your fitness level, you'll find something here that speaks to you.
