Please excuse the shape the site is in, it will be updated in the next two weeks with a whole new format that will be more pleasing. Note: Only Purchased Videos are posted, please order from the show's page to see your routine. To save your routine to your local hard drive, point at your name and click the right mouse button and select "Save Target As", this way you can watch your video whether or not you're connected to the internet. This is a good idea for low bandwidth connections!
